What Do Inspections Cover?
Here is our inspection checklist. Inspections include photos of problem areas and a comprehensive report. Golf cart manufacturers recommended inspections every 2 months of operation.
- Batteries. Check clean, cables tight, pack voltage at rest and under load.
- Wheels / Tires. Check tire pressure, tread, rims, and loose lug nuts.
- Alignment. Check alignment and camber.
- Accelerator / Throttle. Check correct operation.
- Brakes. Check pedal travel, cables and correct locking.
- Direction Selector. Check for wear and proper operation.
- Steering. Check for abnormal movement, damage or noise.
- Tie Rods. Check for abnormal play, bent components and loose connections.
- Shocks / Struts. Check for oil leakage and loose fasteners.
- Front Hubs. Check for damage and loose or missing hardware.
- Leaf Springs. Check for damage or deformation.
- Rear Axle. Check for oil leakage or noise during operation.
- Frame. Inspect for corrosion, cracks, damage and debris.
- Exterior / Body. Check for any exterior issues.
- Canopy / Struts. Check the canopy and struts connecting canopy to body.
- Windshield. Check for any windshield issues.
- Bag Well. Check straps and well for any issues.
- Seats. Check seats for any issues.
- Charger Receptacle. Inspect, clean and lubricate connections.
- Charger. Check for correct operation.
- Reverse Buzzer. Check for correct operation.
- Lights / Turn Signals. Check for correct operation, burnt out bulbs.
- Horn. Check for correct operation.
Periodic Services

Monthly Services
- Battery Service. Clean and water lead-acid batteries.
Annual Services
- Brake Service. Check pads and drums.
- Lubrication Service. Tie rods, linkages, and grease points.
- Oil Change.
