Golf Cart Inspections

Here is our inspection checklist. Inspections include photos of problem areas and a comprehensive report. Golf cart manufacturers recommended inspections every 2 months of operation.

• Batteries. Check clean, cables tight, pack voltage at rest and under load.
• Wheels / Tires. Check tire pressure, tread, rims, and loose lug nuts.
• Alignment. Check alignment and camber.
• Accelerator / Throttle. Check correct operation.
• Brakes. Check pedal travel, cables and correct locking.
• Direction Selector. Check for wear and proper operation.
• Steering. Check for abnormal movement, damage or noise.
• Tie Rods. Check for abnormal play, bent components and loose connections.
• Shocks / Struts. Check for oil leakage and loose fasteners.
• Front Hubs. Check for damage and loose or missing hardware.
• Leaf Springs. Check for damage or deformation.
• Rear Axle. Check for oil leakage or noise during operation.
• Frame. Inspect for corrosion, cracks, damage and debris.
• Exterior / Body. Check for any exterior issues.
• Canopy / Struts. Check the canopy and struts connecting canopy to body.
• Windshield. Check for any windshield issues.
• Bag Well. Check straps and well for any issues.
• Seats. Check seats for any issues.
• Charger Receptacle. Inspect, clean and lubricate connections.
• Charger. Check for correct operation.
• Reverse Buzzer. Check for correct operation.
• Lights / Turn Signals. Check for correct operation, burnt out bulbs.
• Horn. Check for correct operation.
